If it works for you, use it; if not, try daily garlic water baths until it goes away and stops coming back.

scott..

I've been taking Zane Hella's Immune Premium veggie capsules that contains:
200mg olive oil (carrier oil)
108mg oregano essential oil (carvacrol)
50mg echinachea oil
40mg ginsing oil
40mg garlic oil
40mg st. john's wart oil
10mg turmeric oil
10mg chios mastic oil
10mg ginger oil

I also take Zhou Nutrition Blackseed oil which contains properties:
Thymoquinone
Thymohydroquinone
Thymol

My outbreaks (since initial/cultured MRSA boil) present as random location, single hair follicle infections that appear roughly once a weak. Topically I treat them with an over-the-counter benzoyl peroxide and/or salicidic acid product and they clear up in a few days. Since I started taking the oregano oil capsules and blackseed oil I haven't had an outbreak in two weeks. So, it's still early to say they are 100% working for me but it "seems" to be at this point. I also have a bottle of ZH's oregano oil for topical use if needed.

There is negative side effects for oregano oil in high doses and long term usage. Unfortunately, I cannot find info on exactly on what qualifies as high dosage and length of time. The negative side effects are: possibility of damaging good gut bacteria (flora) and taxing the liver.

If I continue to see improvement or no further outbreaks I plan to cut down from daily dosage to an every third day maintenance dose.
I am not a seller of supplements and do not gain, profit or associated in any way with the products mentioned above. I did a lot of research and those products seem to be of very high quality and that's why I use them and listed them here.
