Is it okay to combine the two together?

I do and I think it helps. I also add some baking soda to help raise the pH in the body and I even add a capful of Di Methyl SulfOxide (DMSO)to the water to help skin penetration.

Thank you Mr.Anderson.

I took an epson salt bath (20 minutes) this past Saturday and Sunday. After the first bath two single hair infections (sebum) popped up soon afterwards. One of them was located exactly where a previous one healed months before. The other was located where I had contact dermatitus from applying band-aids to cover a recent mole biopsy. My guess is the warm water and epsom drew out toxins/bacteria that caused these two infections. I applied benzoyl peroxide on them and they both completely healed within a day.

I went to a local farmers market Sunday and their live garlic is old and mushy so, looks like I'll need to wait a couple months to get fresh ones.I plan to take epsom salt baths two or three times a week in the meantime.
