Ashrita -

I am sorry to hear about your burn but NEVER apply crushed raw garlic to skin without diluting the garlic in water. It will burn the skin and the resulting brown mark will just have to wear off. People all over the world are putting crushed raw garlic on their faces to fight acne and no one is telling them to dilute it and it is causing severe burn marks which look worse than the acne they were trying to get rid of. Especially in India. People just have to learn to dilute it in water before putting it on skin but most are in too big of a hurry to get rid of their acne and do not listen to cautions not to put straight crushed raw garlic on their faces. It will just have wear off.

There are too few places where one can get accurate advice about the use of garlic, this forum is one but people must read it BEFORE they apply crushed raw garlic to their face but no one knows to. So-called experts on acne who recommend raw garlic simply do not know what they are talking about. Once you burn yourself, you're burned and the scar will just have to wear off with time.

Oh, yeah, I forgot...I don't know about moles but natural garlic will remove warts because they are a form of virus. Simply get a piece of adhesive tape and cut out an area the exact size of the wart and place the tape around the area of the wart, cover the wart only with crushed raw garlic and the tape will prevent other skin from being touched by the garlic and change the garlic daily and in a week or two the wart will drop off.

I don't know for sure whether the same technique will work with moles or not as they are neither bacteria nor virus.
