Anyone Willing to Share Story in video?

I'm looking to make a PSA-public service announcement-type video
telling the serious, long-term affects of MRSA. My friend's
daughter has recurrent staph infections in her ear that have
resulted in multiple surgeries near the brain, loss of hearing,
loss of balance, and migraines, etc. Even worse, her dreams of
career, etc., have been derailed. Her parents have actually
started a company that is focused on preventing infectious

If you are also suffering with MRSA (which I'm guessing you are
since you are on this site), I'm sorry for your struggle.

Would you be willing to share YOUR story to show the real life,
life-changing effects of MRSA? The video would be used in
infection control training and may be on our website. If so,
please respond here. Thank you.

Jodi -

I don't have a PSA-type video in mind but your friend's daughter's story has moved me. she has suffered greatly but maybe all is not lost. Perhaps there is hope yet. Antibiotic resistance has rendered antibiotics less effective if they work at all. There is; however, an old-fashioned herbal folk remedy that still kills all bacteria, no matter how resistant they are to pharmaceutical antibiotics because it kills in a more direct way and is not subject to resistance.

If this is of interest to you please read the Garlic and Staph thread. Natural (non-irradiated) garlic is a very powerful antimicrobial that works in an entirely different, more direct way than pharmaceutical antibiotics and so it bypasses the resistance. If you will read the garlic threads you will understand exactly how and why it works and why it is not subject to resistance and you will learn things about garlic like you have never imagined. People have told me that a few drops of garlic water in the ear cleared up their MRSA in the ear and others have told me that they snorted garlic water up their nose like cocaine and MRSA in their sinuses cleared up. Others have said a garlic water bath cleared up MRSA all over their bodies.

I know this all sounds hard to believe but search for the thread Garlic Success Stories and see what people have to say for themselves. There is no FDA-approved protocol that includes garlic so doctors cannot recommend it so people just have to do it at home at a cost of only a few dollars but if one grows their own garlic then it is free. It works on the universal principle of magnetism, a very fundamental force with which applies predictably to all things.

I am not a doctor of any kind nor do I want to be so I can't give anyone any medical advice, all I can do is discuss the properties of natural garlic and how those properties change depending on how the garlic is processed and used and let people and their doctors decide what, if anything, to do.

The universal principle at work here is that all bacteria carry a negative electrical charge and the allicin which forms in garlic upon crushing carries a positive charge so they are drawn together by a powerful natural force that neither can resist and when they meet, the bacteria is destroyed. Antibiotics must be able to chemically bond with a receptor on the surface of a bacterium but antibiotic resistance prevents this. allicin directly penetrates the bacterium and kills it and ignores the receptor. No matter how resistant a bacterial strain is to commercial antibiotics, garlic kills it on contact.

do you have much experience making videos? The medical-industrial complex hates garlic as they see it lowering their profits and they won't tolerate that. Maximizing profits is their main goal, not curing anyone of anything. It is a for profit business.

Your feedback would be appreciated and good luck to your friend's daughter.

Thank you for the advice about garlic. I know they have been to an
MD/DO who also does work in homeopathic/herbal realm. Garlic has
amazing antibiotic properties, but I had not heard of the electric
charge part. I will pass your message along.

What their company does is decontaminate rooms/spaces where these
germs lurk using specialized hydrogen peroxide fog among other
things. But this video is not so much to sell their products or
services, it is to show the "human" side of infection so people in
the industry and those performing the decontamination will truly
realize the importance of doing their jobs and procedures

Oh, and I don't make the videos myself. They have hired an expert
who can do it live or over the computer and edit it properly.

Again, thank you very much for the garlic information. I will
check out that thread. I hope you are well and enjoy a great

Here is more info:

Our company is producing a public service and education piece
about infectious diseases in the community: Wanting to raise
awareness of potentially dangerous pathogens in our everyday
The intent is to educate in an effort to help prevent transmission
of contagious and potentially deadly germs. We are looking for
people who have acquired MRSA, Staph, C.diff, or have had a family
member pass from exposure to a deadly pathogen, willing to share
their story of how they acquired the infection and how it impacted
their lives.
We will be video taping these accounts and the video will be used
for training purposes in janitorial and environmental services, as
well as to help inform the general public.
If you are interested in sharing your story, we anticipate
production to begin next week. If you know someone who has been
affected, please share this with him or her. Community involvement
and raising awareness are the first steps to finding a way to deal
with infections in our community settings.
Please contact via email or Frances via phone

I would be willing. I developed MRSA from a surgical repair of a closed humerus
fracture that occurred in May 2016. I am currently on my 4th PICC and had my 9th
surgery on that arm just a couple weeks ago, with #10 being scheduled for
February. . I am also a registered nurse of 17 years with a background in ICU and
ED. . You can contact me at

hello Lori -

First of all, let me say that I am sorry you have had to endure such pain, discomfort, inconvenience and expense. Secondly, you can probably forget about antibiotics being a cure for infections due to increasing antibiotic resistance. You may eventually have to find some other way to make your, apparently, HA-MRSA go away. Thirdly, the pharmaceutical community has nothing reasonable in the pipeline to replace antibiotics and by reasonable I mean as easily transported, stored and used as antibiotics. An industry representative recently said that they have no interest in developing short term medications as they want to develop drugs that you must take for the rest of your life. Sounds pretty sinister to me, more like an organized crime drug lord than an industry charged with restoring health to ill Americans. Sounds more predatory to me than the health science they claim to be.

You, being an RN, will probably want to follow the company line and continue with the PICC but what are you going to do when the pharmaceutical antibiotics become useless? That can be any time now or 20 years away but it is inevitable. It's time to start thinking about what your options will be.

One of those options will be garlic water baths. To find out if this option is of any interest to you, I suggest you read my posts in this forum on garlic and garlic water to find out how and why they work. No, this is not modern medicine, it is old style herbal folk remedies but this one really works to kill all bacterial infections, no matter how resistant they have become to commercial antibiotics. This is because garlic water is naturally immune to antibiotic resistance since it kills in a more direct way and does not need to be able to chemically bond with any receptor like antibiotics do. Commercial antibiotics are designed to bond with receptors like this but are increasingly less able to bond with mutated receptors as there are no places they can connect to. The allicin in garlic water is drawn to bacteria and penetrates them on contact, causing them to swell up and burst, killing them.

If this is of interest to you, you may want to also read the Garlic Success Stories thread in this forum where posters wrote of their experiences. These people don't post here anymore because they no longer have MRSA and know how to deal with it if they get MRSA again in the future.

Good luck to you and I hope you can relax and gain an enhanced sense of well-being soon.
