MRSA and gallbladder.

My experience with MRSA started in May of 2008, after a small medical procedure, I have been in and out of the hospital 8 times for extremely painful boil drainage, fevers, flu like symptoms and IV antibiotics. My flare ups seem to happen every 8 to 12 weeks.I have noticed that now every time I do get these they seem to be getting more aggressive, and by that I mean that when I get the boils they get bad really fast! Nothing is working for me, I have the body wash (Stanhexidine)prescribed from the doc, antibiotic nasal spray, creams and ointments, I am even putting a little bit of bleach in my bath water everytime I bathe. I have seen two ID docs and they both have told me that mine is coming from inside somewhere, they are thinking that it may be located in my gallbladder. I was just in hospital three weeks ago for a bad infection on my face (MRSA), they did an ultrasound on my gallbladder and it showed that I had sludge in it,and inflammation, my blood tests showed elevated liver enzymes, so that is why they are thinking the MRSA is in my gallbladder. So now I am going to see the surgeon at the end of the month to get my gallbladder removed,at this point I am willing to try anything to get rid of this horrible disease. I have been passing these infections on to my family as well, and I feel awful for that! Ever since I have had this disease I have felt terrible physically and mentally! I was just wondering if anyone else has had problems with their gallbladder due to mrsa,I would like to hear your story... thanks for reading!

You know that of all the times I've been in the hospital, they haven't given me any answers, that's including the ID docs. I'm from canada and am hoping to be able to get those products here. As for the cross contamination, I do know that does tend to happen, but I have 5 kids plus myself and my husband and it's really hard to be certain that all bad bacteria are killed. I do have hand sanitizer in all the bathrooms and do make sure that the kids are washing hands, but you know how it is sometimes with kids. I do not have diabetes, I was just checked for that, but it is in my family. I am wondering if there is something else wrong they have not found yet, that's why I was asking about gallbladder, because I do have trouble with it.
I would love to discuss this further, am open for any tips, advice anything, just want to feel well again and be with my family....Thanks.

My doctor didnt tell me anything about mine. Some of mine got in my blood stream too and there not certain if mine is curable or something like that. Im a little scared about the whole thing. And the cut mine open with a big knife and got all the stuff out of it. It made one of the medical students vomit. It was really funny. And was scares me most is someone in my state died from it. Im only 16 so im confused about the whole situation.

Firstly, thank you for the sites, lots of great information.
I am not on antibiotics right now. my outbreaks have been everywhere, legs, hip, stomach, forehead, armpit, eyelids, eyebrows, and buttock. The reason I was taking the bleach baths was because I thought it would kill the bad bacteria on my skin. You are absolutely right in that we must also take care of ourselves from the inside as well, and I am definitely gonna be eating more nutritiously as well as getting the things you mentioned in the above sites.
Having my gallbladder removed was discussed with the ID doc as well as two other docs present in the hospital at my last stay, as well my own doctor thought the same thing.

Hello Roaa -

I doubt anyone will do an operation as long as you have an active infection so you will probably have to undergo a series of antibiotics until your infection is completely gone before anyone will cut. If the antibiotics don't work and you still feel the need to make the MRSA go away, come back here and learn about how to use natural (non-irradiated) garlic to relax and get an enhanced sense of well-being. Check out the Garlic Success Stories thread in this forum and see some things people have done and the results they got. FYI - Natural garlic is an antimicrobial that kills all bacteria on contact and is immune to antibiotic resistance so this old herbal folk remedy still works when pharmaceutical antibiotics are increasingly failing. There's a special way to use it and, no, eating it is not the answer.

Good luck to you.
